HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class which can take 1-3 business days. POSTAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR MAINLAND UK ONLY. Postal dates are Wednesday - Friday and we will aim to post your order within 5 working days from the date it was placed (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).

 

 

CAN I COLLECT?

Collection is available for local customers. Please select this option on checkout if you would like to collect. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email/text with a collection date, time and the address for collection. We aim to have your order ready within 5 working days from the day it is placed. 

 

If you would like your order for a specific date, please state the date you would like the order for in the notes on checkout. Please note we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to the date specified, alternatively we will try our best to meet your requirements.

 

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY.

We will not be held responsible for addresses entered incorrectly (No refunds or replacements will be given for wrong addresses).

 

HOW LONG DO PRODUCTS LAST?

Our treats are best kept in their original packaging and stored in an airtight container, somewhere cool and dark.

Cookies - 5 days

Brownies/Blondies - 7 days

Cookie pies - 7 days

All bakes can also be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container. When ready to consume, either thaw at room temperature or pop in the microwave.

 

DO YOU ACCOMODATE TO ALLERGIES?

Unfortunately not, all of our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, and soy, therefore, we do not cater to anyone who has a food allergy.
